TC 114 Plenary Meeting in Edinburgh
  • A meeting on International Electrochemical Commission (IEC) standards was attended by WEDUSEA project partners Exceedence, Innosea, EMEC and Ocean Energy this month in Edinburgh. The photo shows Ray Alcorn, CEO of Exceedence Ltd and the Irish chair of TC 114, the work programme governing marine energy, presenting the technical specifications that will be applied for the WEDUSEA project. We have also published a blog article on IEC standards this month, here.
  • Three new reports have been completed. These are on ‘Site Consents and Insurance’; ‘Complete Environmental Monitoring Plan’ and ‘Certification Plan’.
  • WEDUSEA partner AST Engineering, which is based in Spain, has published an article introducing their company and its role on the project. Read the article here.
